* **Implementation of Commercial Strategies:** Ensure effective execution of the brand’s in-store commercial strategies, defining action plans and monitoring results.
* **Store Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze key store performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and implement actions to meet and exceed established targets.
* **Store Operational Management:** Oversee daily store operations, ensuring process efficiency, inventory management, store organization, and flawless visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
* **Customer Experience Management:** Cultivate a customer-centric environment, guaranteeing impeccable service and consistently exceeding expectations in every interaction.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* **Completed Bachelor’s Degree;**
* **Willingness to travel between the cities of Vila Velha and Vitória;**
* Experience in the commercial area; leadership experience in retail stores is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google tools.
* Knowledge of Visual Merchandising.
* Flexibility in working hours to support in-store operations.
