If you enjoy challenges, want to make a difference, and grow in an environment that values autonomy and collaboration, this could be your place. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the development and maintenance of web applications, following standards and best practices established by the team. * Fixing bugs, implementing evolutionary adjustments, and making minor improvements to existing systems. * Participating in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective), contributing insights and alignment. * Supporting clean, testable, and version-controlled code maintenance. * Collaborating with QA, product, and business teams to understand requirements. Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT or related field. * Ability to read technical functional requirements and apply them to technical solutions. **We value:** * Training and certifications in software development; * Knowledge of web software development. * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and/or .NET (C\#); prior experience in corporate environments or structured projects. * Knowledge of relational databases and API concepts.
