Responsibilities and Duties: * Collect, compile, and analyze physical progress data, quality control data, and mechanical assembly performance data; * Manage the flow of technical documentation for machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems (manuals, specifications, inspection reports, technical drawings, certificates) and ensure its up-to-date status; * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and dashboards for execution monitoring; * Support the mechanical engineering team in material and component specification and technical solution validation; * Control and process supplier and subcontractor documentation for mechanical services and equipment; * Collaborate in preparing follow\-ups and meetings with clients and internal teams. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields) or completed technical education with relevant experience in the field; * Experience supporting industrial implementation projects; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel; * Data analysis capability and ability to organize technical information.
