Job Description We are looking for a Firmware \& Hardware Developer (Embedded Systems) to work onsite, directly contributing to firmware development in C/C\+\+ for microcontrollers and providing support in electronic hardware development, assembly, and testing. This professional will be responsible for developing, testing, and debugging embedded firmware, as well as assisting in electronic circuit manufacturing and validation using bench instruments and communication protocols. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain firmware in C/C\+\+ for microcontrollers Assist in PCB development, assembly, and testing Perform detailed testing using oscilloscope, multimeter, and logic analyzer Debug electronic circuits and identify hardware and firmware faults Implement peripheral integration via UART, SPI, I²C, and CAN protocols What We Offer Dynamic and collaborative environment Opportunity to work closely with hardware and firmware development Professional development using modern technologies and AI tools Onsite work with full infrastructure Benefits Competitive compensation package Health and dental insurance Meal/food allowance Training and certification incentives Join us and grow within a company that values innovation, technical excellence, and passion for embedded development! **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements Proven experience in embedded firmware development using C/C\+\+ Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar Solid knowledge of at least one of the following microcontrollers: STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR Advanced understanding of analog and digital electronics, including schematic reading, datasheet interpretation, and component calculation Familiarity with source code versioning tools, especially Git Regular use of AI tools to assist development, such as Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar Preferred Qualifications Specific experience with STM32 microcontrollers Knowledge of Modbus (RTU/TCP) and CAN bus protocols Experience with electronic CAD tools, such as KiCad or other EDA suites Practical knowledge of wireless protocols: Bluetooth, LoRa, Zigbee, or Wi\-Fi Behavioral Competencies Hands\-on profile with proactive engagement in hardware-related tasks Strong analytical ability to identify and resolve complex problems Clear and effective communication for collaborative teamwork Continuous willingness to learn and stay technologically updated Organization and attention to detail during testing and validation phases **Additional Information** Transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health insurance, dental insurance
