Participation in implementation and migration projects A technology solutions company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Santos (Vila Matias). **Responsibilities:** Providing Level 1 support to end users (remote and on-site). Preparing technical reports on root causes, solutions, and improvements. Monitoring IT environments using Zabbix and Grafana. Participating in server, system, and email implementation and migration projects. Formatting, migrating, and configuring workstations. Installing and sharing printers. Routers, MikroTik, and Wi-Fi equipment. Identifying and resolving network and infrastructure issues. Experience in incident analysis and response with resolution. Knowledge of backup procedures. Tasks relevant to the Technical Support Analyst role. Position based in Santos / SP. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
