If you enjoy working with a more strategic approach, have a mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem solving, are comfortable with numbers and logical tasks, and want to work at a company that is growing every day, **then Grupo Autoglass is the place for you!** Apply today! **Responsibilities and duties** * Extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources (SQL, APIs, spreadsheets, data lakes). * Conduct exploratory analyses and generate insights to support strategic decisions. * Develop and evaluate statistical and machine learning models (increasing levels of complexity). * Maintain close relationships with business areas, understanding their needs and translating them into data-driven solutions. * Participate in meetings and presentations, communicating results clearly, assertively, and with a focus on business value. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (data engineering, product, business). * Build clear and concise dashboards and reports, adapting language for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Support the definition of metrics, data pipelines, and automations for production models. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of descriptive statistics, probability, and predictive modeling. * Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn).
