Smooth communication with clients to ensure maximum quality We are seeking a responsible individual to supervise and coordinate cleaning teams in Vitória. Main duties will include personnel supervision, ensuring proper implementation of work procedures and protocols to meet established objectives. Material orders will also be managed, and detailed tracking of services provided will be carried out, maintaining smooth communication with clients to guarantee maximum quality and resolve any incidents. Previous experience in team management and knowledge in the cleaning field will be valued. The selected candidate must be autonomous, capable of problem-solving, and available to handle unexpected situations. A valid driver's license is required for travel to work sites. A permanent full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday, with split shifts. Flexibility will be provided to adapt to service requirements.
