Benefits Analyst Position **Address:** Colina de Laranjeiras \- Serra/ES * Benefits: \* R$3\.000,00 Per Month R$960,00 Meal Allowance Transportation Voucher Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance General Bonus * Requirements: \* Minimum 1 year of experience at a health plan brokerage or administration company; basic knowledge of ANS regulations regarding plans for dismissed or retired employees and waiting periods. Intermediate knowledge of major operators' systems (e.g., Samp, Unimed, Bradesco) for quotation and proposal submission. Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills; currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree. * Job Responsibilities: \* Accessing health and dental plan rate tables; registering contracts in operators’ and administrators’ systems; providing daily customer support for routine requests; submitting producer commission spreadsheets to the finance department; monitoring upcoming contract expirations; tracking customer delinquency. * Working Hours: \* Monday to Friday From 09:00 to 18:00 **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
