Investigate failures through root cause analysis (RCA) Eneva in **Santo Antônio dos Lopes/MA** wants you on the team! \#VemSerEneva If you want to work as a **Junior Reliability Engineer**, we have a new challenge for you! **Mission:** Manage reliability of thermal power plant assets to promote maximum availability and operational performance through failure analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, and technical support to operations and maintenance—ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain **reliability engineering practices** applied to plant assets. * Define and review **maintenance strategies** (preventive, predictive, and condition-based) for critical systems and equipment. * Conduct **asset criticality analyses**, **FMEA/FMECA**, and other risk assessment methodologies. * Support **asset lifecycle management**, proposing design improvements, replacements, and modernizations. * Investigate repetitive, critical, or high-impact failures through **root cause analysis (RCA)**. * Coordinate and/or participate in failure analysis meetings with multidisciplinary teams. Verify effectiveness. * Monitor failure trends and equipment performance. * Define, track, and analyze **reliability and maintenance indicators**; * Use maintenance system data (SAP) for analysis and decision support. * Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and leadership. * Lead or support maintenance management improvement projects. * Support internal and external audits related to maintenance, reliability, and asset management. * Support and audit the Maintenance Planning and Control area **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields); * SAP system knowledge; * Experience in reliability field; Work Location: Santo Antônio dos Lopes/MA **Learn more about us by visiting our website:** www.eneva.com.br.**Eneva is a serious company committed to transparency in its recruitment processes and does not request any payment during the selection process.** **Join our team!
