This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE-RS! - Conduct training for young people in the apprenticeship program, following the program's methodology and guidelines; - Plan and deliver theoretical learning sessions, observing the methodology and realities of each group; - Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, promoting reflection and developing workplace competencies; - Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; - Promote and support apprentices' development, providing follow-up when necessary; - Record and monitor apprentices' attendance in theoretical training; - Make appropriate entries in the internal system; - Propose and participate in monitoring meetings with apprentices, companies, and other stakeholders; - Support critical analysis of processes within your area of work, suggesting improvements when needed; - Provide support to other departmental activities when necessary.
