Summary: Seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to build, scale, and maintain backend systems and APIs for an AI-powered interview platform, contributing to architecture and engineering culture. Shape and evolve system architecture for scalability and reliability HRE GROUP is assisting a technology outsourcing company in finding a Senior Python Backend Engineer to work in a remote. **What you will do:** Build out and scale backend systems for our AI\-powered interview platform; Design, implement, and maintain production\-ready APIs that support AI\-driven features; Help shape and evolve our system architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance; Collaborate closely with the product team to deliver new features; Support and enforce best practices for backend engineering, monitoring, testing, and code quality; Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure) to deploy, monitor, and optimize backend services; Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in the design and handling of sensitive healthcare\-related data; Take ownership of features from design to production, with autonomy and accountability; Contribute to shaping our engineering culture and infrastructure as we grow. **Requisitos:** **What we are looking for:** Fluency in English, both written and spoken. University degree in Computer Science or a related field. Consolidated experience in backend development using Python. Proven experience designing and building production\-ready API systems. Hands\-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Experience developing LLM\-driven applications in production environments. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Independent and proactive profile, able to deliver end\-to\-end features with minimal supervision. Ability to thrive in fast\-paced environments, taking ownership and iterating quickly.
