We are expanding our Communications team and seeking professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business-oriented mindset and a focus on building solutions and identifying opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Provide internal and external customer service in person, by phone, and via the company's digital platforms (WhatsApp, e\-mail, chat, and social media); * Account opening; * Product offerings; * Meeting scheduling; * Record and track customer interactions in internal systems, ensuring information organization and up-to-date records. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, or Commercial Management, from the 2nd semester onward. Easy access to the Cristal neighborhood. **Skills:** Customer service skills; ability to work well in teams; strong interpersonal skills; sense of responsibility and interest in the field. Desirable: communication skills, punctuality, and accountability. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** Internship stipend of BRL 1\.500,00; Transportation allowance (card); Meal/food allowance (card) of BRL 34,10 per working day; Life insurance; SESC membership; Gym benefit. **Internship Schedule:** From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM \- Monday through Friday.
