A well-established national construction company specializing in commercial projects is seeking a **PROJECT ANALYST** to work in **Ponta Grossa/PR**. **Responsibilities:** * Quantity surveying; * Comparing project quantities with budget spreadsheets and/or sales memoranda; * Issuing quantity survey sheets; * Preparing comparisons between project specifications and sales memoranda; * Suggesting possible changes to project specifications and/or sales memoranda; * Supporting budget preparation for potential addenda. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience with medium- and large-scale corporate/hospital projects; * Knowledge of BIM and clash detection tools.
