We are seeking a professional to work as a Quality Manager, responsible for leading the company's quality management and control system, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves defining strategies, standardizing processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement to guarantee product/service excellence and customer satisfaction. Aligned with the company’s values, key strengths include clear communication, people development, and resilience. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead a multidisciplinary team of employees from quality assurance and control departments; * Identify, implement, and monitor strategic actions to improve quality performance; * Create and oversee quality programs and promote a culture of quality; * Conduct training with related areas (production, cleaning, maintenance, and distribution center staff); * Lead the program for monitoring the non-conformity control process; * Develop learning paths and foster a culture of continuous improvement in performance and data analysis methodology; * Perform quality audits and other related activities; * Propose and deliver internal training sessions; * Develop, update, and apply quality policies and product and process preventive measures; * Ensure traceability, standardization, and documentation of company processes; * Define, implement, and support quality management and product safety systems and programs; * Monitor and investigate deviations and complaints, including managing actions arising from customer service reports; * Ensure products are manufactured within established standards and meet product safety requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in quality management and control; * Advanced knowledge of quality management tools, such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP); * Knowledge of audits, root cause analysis, and quality tools; * Experience in people management. **Additional information** VB Alimentos is more than a family company; it is a dream that began in the hearts of Dr. Vicente Carvalho, his wife Beatriz, and their children.
