Support members in their decisions about financial products and services, creating strategies for sound financial management and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates; * Be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio predominantly composed of corporate (PJ) members, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions tailored to members’ needs, marketing products and services aligned with set targets, and contributing to the execution of the strategic plan; * Prospect new members by assessing portfolio potential, understanding members’ business sectors and debt levels. Conduct visits and attend events to expand the membership base; * Facilitate members’ interaction with self-service and self-help channels, aiming to enhance agility and guide members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members better use available products and technologies; * Monitor portfolio debt levels and implement measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and judicial involvement. Perform member registration and update member data; * Onboard new members by explaining Sicredi’s principles, answering questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values; * Manage portfolios of Family Agriculture and Small Producers, as well as mixed portfolios in smaller branches, delivering differentiated and targeted service to these specific audiences; * Occasionally and as needed, perform financial transactions including payments, receipts, and transfers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields; * ANBIMA certification (CPA 10, CPA 20); * Experience in customer service; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * Credit cooperativism; * Basic economics; * General Law for Micro and Small Enterprises (basic level); * Negotiation skills; * Member-focused mindset; * Communication skills; * Proficiency with technology; * Service orientation.
