Proactive and collaborative profile **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT is preferred); Prior experience as an IT Assistant or in a related field; Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and Windows; Proactive and collaborative profile. **SOFT SKILLS:** Effective communication Identifying and analyzing network failures Adaptability and time management Strong communication skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience in retail or wholesale environments; Practical knowledge of the WinThor system (TOTVS); Knowledge of database systems (Oracle/SQL); IT-related certifications.
