* Contribute to the management team in the budgeting process by providing information and updating the SAP database, aiming to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
* Support managers in procuring materials and supplies necessary for operational activities by monitoring demands and liaising with the procurement department.
* Ensure administrative services are delivered through process control, demonstrating that activities comply with established standards.
* Maintain the SAP system, promoting data integration to meet the needs of various company departments.
* Facilitate communication between the management group and other stakeholders using various communication channels, contributing to the Integrated Management System.
* Pursue continuous improvement in administrative processes through cross-departmental collaboration to optimize workflows, maximize system utilization, and better serve end customers.
* Facilitate the company’s interface with public agencies, institutions, and surrounding communities through formal and informal relationship-building.
* Ensure company policies are followed by partners and internal teams through guidance and monitoring of operational procedures.
* Act as a key user in the SAP system by providing suggestions and sharing information to support development and enhancements interfacing with the department.
* Promote Quality, Safety, Environment, and FSC programs through ongoing awareness-raising among service providers and employees. Contribute to the Integrated Management System (IMS) via regular self-assessments of processes, activities, and departmental structure.
* Support continuous improvement in forestry processes by proposing innovations and identifying specific material resource needs through joint work with support areas and the management group.
* Know and apply IMS procedures and standards. Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage appropriate use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe tasks, fostering proposals for risk control solutions. Ensure effective incident reporting and implementation of required corrective actions.
