Job Summary: An Infrastructure professional responsible for administering and maintaining on-premise IT infrastructure, managing Microsoft environments, and proactively monitoring systems. It offers innovative solutions for people management and workplace environment improvement. **Responsibilities:** Administer and maintain on\-premise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, services, and access). Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Windows Server, and related services). Manage users, permissions, access policies, and GPOs. Monitor environments and proactively identify failures and bottlenecks. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery routines. Administer firewall and network rules (UniFi). Standardize environments, access methods, and infrastructure configurations. Automate operational routines using scripts (PowerShell or similar). Support deployment and integration processes with the development team. Previous experience as an Infrastructure Specialist, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Infrastructure Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
