Dynamic work environment that values innovation **Assembler \- Fixed-Term Position** --------------------------------- **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Industrial Department in Portão (RS) has this opportunity to work in the production area. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Read and interpret technical drawings, verifying operation sequences to initiate the assembly and disassembly process of parts or equipment. * Collect required materials and tools to begin the assembly process and ensure compliance with standards and specifications indicated in drawings, routings, procedures, and assembly instructions. * Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to perform metrology tasks. * Conduct precise measurements to ensure perfect component fit. * Assemble parts and components to form more complex units. * Inspect assembly quality and correct any defects. * Maintain production records and report identified problems or defects. * Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on equipment. * Use pressure gauges to verify pressure during hydraulic system assembly. * Operate overhead cranes and handle parts and equipment for assembly. * Maintain care of equipment, tools, and working instruments. * Promote organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the workplace to optimize service quality levels. * Adjust bearings and assemble seals. * Adjust machines and equipment, verifying part dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments to comply with technical guidelines. * Train new employees in the assembler or assembly assistant role. * Follow safety regulations and technical procedures. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed high school diploma. * Experience in production, specifically as an assembler, including use of tools and machinery; assembly of hydraulic and lubrication systems. * Knowledge of metrology and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * NR-11 certification for overhead crane operation. **We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and fosters professional development.
