Manage, implement, sustain, and evolve the corporate system platforms used by the company, ensuring they are correctly configured, integrated, and aligned with business processes. Act as the focal point between internal departments, IT, and software vendors, ensuring operational efficiency, governance, information security, and optimal utilization of tools such as the CIGAM ERP and other corporate systems. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical and Systems Skills: Proven experience administering, configuring, and sustaining corporate software, such as ERP (CIGAM) and management tools (ClickUp, Jira, ServiceNow or similar). Solid knowledge of access management, user roles, permissions, profiles, and system configurations. Ability to perform basic system integrations (APIs, webhooks, or native features). Knowledge of databases to execute queries (SQL), extract reports, and support operational data analysis. Understanding of business processes (sales, finance, projects, operations, and administration) for accurate system configuration and evolution. Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to diagnose systemic issues, identify root causes, and propose technical or process-based solutions. Ability to analyze internal user demands and requirements, translating\-them into feasible and sustainable configurations. Critical thinking to prioritize support, maintenance, and improvement requests based on business impact, risks, and technical effort. Logical reasoning to map, review, and optimize workflows within corporate platforms. Communication and Relationship Skills: Clear and pedagogical communication for supporting, guiding, and training internal users with varying levels of technical expertise. Ability to lead requirement-gathering meetings, functional alignment sessions, and presentations of new features. Skill in managing stakeholder expectations by transparently communicating timelines, impacts, and technical limitations.
