Join the **Madesa Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support management in planning, executing, and monitoring area-specific projects and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and industry standards, as well as obtaining necessary operational permits and licenses; * Develop and implement environmental and sustainability programs and projects, monitoring results and performance with a focus on continuous improvement and legal compliance; * Ensure updating and renewal of documents, licenses, and reports related to waste management, environmental conservation, and effluent treatment, adhering to procedures required by competent authorities. * Respond to audits conducted by regulatory agencies, coordinating and providing requested documentation; * Be accountable for indicator outcomes; * Secure necessary licenses for construction or facility expansions, or for land clearance, in coordination with Municipal, State, and Federal agencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Environmental Management, Chemistry, or related fields; * At least 1 year of experience in environmental activities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Training in waste management; * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM; **It would also be great if you have:** * Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance); * Prior experience in project management; * Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS); * Familiarity with environmental programs. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** At Madesa, we deeply care about our employees’ health, satisfaction, and well-being.
