Customer Service and Assistance * Provide humanized service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication use, dosage, interactions, and effects. * Clarify customer and team questions through research and consultation with reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropics and antibiotics. 2\. Technical and Legal Management * Serve as the technical responsible party for the establishment before regulatory agencies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure document compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Keep the SNGPC updated, submit transaction reports, and monitor incidents. 3\. Medication Control and Storage * Supervise product storage, expiration dates, and pricing. * Oversee control and auditing of medication inventory, especially those subject to special control (Portaria 344/98\). * Ensure proper filing of prescriptions and mandatory reports. 4\. Team Supervision and Development * Train and guide the team on good dispensing practices, current legislation, and government programs (e.g., Farmácia Popular). * Monitor the appropriate use of prescription pads, stamps, and sales registration systems. 5\. Operational Processes and Quality * Keep SOPs, the Good Practices Manual, and the PGRSS updated, ensuring their daily implementation. * Ensure hygiene, organization, and operation of the department according to health regulations. * Monitor environment and equipment temperatures with up-to-date records. 6\.
