Work environment equipped with state-of-the-art computers and multi-monitor setups **Job Description:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including graphical user interface design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintenance and enhancements of existing systems; **Requirements:** – Interest in learning/advancing in new software development and code validation methodologies; – Technical knowledge required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL – Preferred: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor code efficiently; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is a curious, dynamic, and dedicated developer.
