Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Analysis of rankings and opportunities within collection portfolios; * Setting goals focused on achieving the top position and improving the company's financial performance; * Portfolio strategy and segmentation, capacity planning, electronic actions, and mailings; * Monitoring, updating, and forecasting ranking placements and financial results; * Development and analysis of collection KPIs, such as: average portfolio, cushion effectiveness, unique funnel, operational quartile; * Presentation of results and analysis of major portfolio variances in internal committees and with external clients; * Weekly meetings with internal management for alignment of expectations and results. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (minimum 2 semesters completed) in Exact Sciences or Business fields; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in collection planning; * Proficiency in Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL databases; * Work hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. Differentiators: * Experience with Power BI; * Familiarity with dialers such as Olos, 2CX, or Aspect; * Knowledge of collection CRMs, such as Neo IP3 or SRC Tasken; * Experience with data enrichment tools.
