




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for real estate agents, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and individual or group interviews. Responsible for introducing recruitment and selection tools. Support leadership teams on matters related to recruitment and selection, onboarding, and hiring. Proactively identify hiring needs. Serve as the primary point of contact and build trusting relationships with candidates. Manage the onboarding and termination processes. Ensure timely updates to registration data for independent contractors. Assist in the integration of new employees.
