




Higher education in progress Location Petrópolis - Caxias do Sul/RS Shift Morning, Afternoon Description Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, contacting students and financial responsible parties to propose negotiation solutions enabling the regularization of outstanding issues. Main Responsibilities and Activities: Portfolio Management: Proactively contact (phone, email, WhatsApp) students and responsible parties for recovery of outstanding amounts, following established guidelines and targets. Negotiation and Agreements: Present and negotiate settlement and installment proposals, seeking the best solution for both the student and the institution. Target Achievement: Work focused on meeting delinquency reduction and credit recovery goals. Formalization: Formalize agreements in the system, issue invoices and relevant documentation, ensuring accurate information updates. Advisory Service: Provide high-quality service, clarifying doubts about debts, fees, and payment options, always maintaining good relationships. Compliance: Ensure all collection actions comply with FUCS internal policies and current legislation, especially the Consumer Protection Code. Requirements and Qualifications: Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge for report preparation and analysis. Advantages (Desired Qualifications): Previous experience in collection activities, debt negotiation, or customer service in the financial area Knowledge of negotiation and argumentation techniques.
