Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Proven experience in Procurement; * Advanced negotiation skills; * Knowledge of supplier management and supply chain; * Analytical ability to evaluate and compare different proposals and suppliers; * Ability to make strategic decisions based on defined information and goals. * Preferred: Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) services, contracting service providers Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to identify top suppliers; * Negotiate procurement contracts, pricing, and commercial terms; * Analyze costs and benefits of different supplier proposals; * Monitor quality of received products and services; * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery as agreed; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in procurement processes; * Prepare performance reports and procurement KPIs. Attention: This position requires on-site work at the company's headquarters located in São Leopoldo. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the region or nearby areas.
