We are looking for a **Controller Intern**, based in Caxias do Sul, with a strong desire to learn, an analytical profile, and interest in understanding how numbers support business decision-making. Here, you’ll gain practical experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a solid foundation for your career in accounting, finance, and controller functions. You’ll engage in real-world tasks, participate in critical analyses and controls for the company, and apply theoretical knowledge acquired during your studies.

**Together, you’ll have the opportunity to perform activities such as:**

* Support the organization and control of financial and managerial documents;
* Assist in consolidating and analyzing financial information (revenues, costs, expenses, and results);
* Support the preparation of management reports and performance indicators;
* Assist in controlling and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and variances;
* Support monthly closing routines and data verification;
* Support the department in improving and standardizing internal controls and processes.

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Management Processes, or Economics;
* Interest in learning about controller functions, finance, and data analysis;
* Basic Excel skills;
* Basic English proficiency (Desirable);
* Analytical, organized, and curious profile;
* Availability to complete the internship from 7:20 AM to 2:20 PM in Caxias do Sul/RS.
