Your responsibilities: * Development and Innovation: Join the mechanical project development team, applying best engineering practices and agile methodologies (where applicable) to ensure design excellence. * Analysis and Optimization: Conduct critical analyses and advanced simulations of components and systems using state-of-the-art software to optimize performance, cost, and durability. * Quality and Production: Serve as the technical liaison between Engineering and Production, closely monitoring equipment manufacturing to ensure quality and compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards. * Validation and Testing: Lead prototype testing and equipment validation. You will be responsible for collecting, recording, and analyzing performance data, transforming results into actionable insights for continuous product improvement. * Strategic Documentation: Structure technical documentation and prepare high-quality performance reports, ensuring project traceability and knowledge transfer to internal teams. * Technical Interface: Actively participate in technical interactions with suppliers and customers. Conduct technical site visits to support resolution of complex field challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. * Continuous Growth: Promote ongoing innovation in the area by researching and proposing implementation of new technologies, materials, and market trends to enhance engineering processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Practical or academic knowledge of CAD and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks); * Strong desire to learn, proactivity, and excellent communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and receive constructive feedback.
