You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, pipe repairs, addressing internal requests, and supporting the Senior Plumber in more complex tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education and a course in Sanitation or related fields. * Experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or facility installations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of basic hydraulic systems * Repairs to cold water, hot water, and sewage piping * Replacement of valves, faucets, and sanitary fixtures * Unclogging of sewage networks and drainage systems * Professional communication and service to internal clients * Knowledge of Brazilian technical standards (NBR 5626 – Cold Water Building Installations, NBR 8160 – Sanitary Sewage) * Proficiency in using hand tools (pipe threader, saw, wrenches, pliers, cutting tools) * Excellent interpersonal communication and professional conduct when interacting with members and visitors **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Sanitation, Hydraulic Installations, or related fields * Experience in hospitality environments—clubs, resorts, hotels, or high-end developments * Basic knowledge of pumping and pressurization systems * Experience maintaining swimming pools (filtration, drainage systems) * Ability to detect leaks using basic tools * Ability to read hydraulic blueprints * Certification in NR-33 (Confined Space Work) * Experience working within multidisciplinary maintenance teams **Work Model:** On-site, on a **6x2 schedule**, either **day shift (06:00–14:00 or 08:00–16:00)** or **night shift (22:00–06:00)** at the club’s headquarters located in the Santo Amaro region, near the Transamérica Bridge, easily accessible via São Paulo Metro’s Santo Amaro Station or CPTM’s João Dias Station. Availability to respond to operational needs during the day shift as required. **What We Offer** * Salary negotiable * Medical and dental plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Opportunity for professional development and career advancement **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cold water, hot water, and sewage hydraulic systems during the night shift. * Respond promptly and autonomously to nighttime hydraulic emergencies (leaks, blockages, system failures). * Conduct nighttime inspections of pumping systems, reservoirs, cisterns, and water tanks. * Identify and repair visible leaks in pipes, fittings, and hydraulic devices. * Perform unclogging operations on sewage networks, grease traps, floor drains, and drainage systems. * Repair cold/hot water, sewage, rainwater, and drainage piping and systems. * Replace and repair valves, faucets, sanitary fixtures, and various hydraulic devices. * Maintain flush systems, flush valves, close-coupled tanks, and sanitary devices. * Conduct leak-tightness and flow tests on hydraulic systems following interventions. * Monitor operation of water pumps, pressurizers, and pressurization systems during the shift. * Check reservoir water levels and verify proper operation of water supply systems. * Maintain sewage systems, floor drains, and grease traps in optimal working condition. * Identify and report complex issues to the Senior Plumber or Maintenance Coordinator for the next shift. * Document thoroughly all emergencies handled, actions taken, and materials used. * Work autonomously during the night shift, making sound technical decisions in emergency situations. * Ensure compliance with Brazilian technical standards (NBR 5626, NBR 8160) and safety procedures. * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialized tools. * Keep tools and hydraulic materials under your responsibility well organized. * Participate in technical training sessions, safety briefings, and shift handover meetings. * Complete detailed service and nighttime incident reports. * Collaborate during shift handovers by communicating pending items and critical situations to the day team.
