




* Distribute daily tasks to the team, verbally guiding staff according to the sector's daily activities, ensuring process quality; * Assist in setting up the service counter, organize products stored in cold chambers, check expiration dates together with the Butcher, contributing to task efficiency; * Verify promotional signs, cross-check products with the price flyer, determine if product transfers are needed, ensure prices are correct for sales, guaranteeing better service and commercialization for the company; * Supervise cleaning and hygiene procedures in the department, provide daily support in cleaning related to sanitization, washing, and overall sterilization of the area, ensuring good food handling practices; * Guide public customer service, daily train and instruct department staff on customer needs, proper service methods, appropriate conduct with customers, and priority service policies, ensuring higher customer satisfaction; * Train and guide the team on optimal product display and production methods, teaching standards and procedures regarding meat cuts, product presentation at self-service counters, and in-house produced food items, contributing to improved sales efficiency; * Support customer service by clarifying doubts, listening to complaints, taking action to resolve issues with customers, and in cases of major disputes, escalating to the Store Manager to resolve dissatisfaction, ensuring high-quality customer service excellence; * Manage inventory, controlling and organizing products in cold chambers according to expiration dates, preventing losses and discrepancies; * Prevent misuse of cleaning supplies by instructing and implementing proper application methods using dispensers, supporting the company's waste control policies; * Administer working hours, leave schedules, and vacation calendars for department employees, using HR management programs and rules, contributing to internal process quality; * Monitor compliance with internal safety regulations, supervising correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by team members during work activities, ensuring employee safety and adherence to company rules; * Monitor equipment operation and maintain them in proper working and presentable condition, ensuring quality in company processes; * Oversee the execution of periodic inventory counts, participating in product counting together with the Loss Prevention Assistant, ensuring accuracy of collected data;
