In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the institution's pedagogical activities, ensuring implementation of the political-pedagogical project. * Support and advise teachers in lesson planning and delivery, aiming for continuous improvement of the teaching-learning process. * Promote continuous professional development and pedagogical meetings with the teaching staff to discuss strategies and enhance educational practices. * Analyze and evaluate student performance, proposing actions to improve teaching quality. * Facilitate integration among different segments of the school community (teachers, students, parents/guardians) to achieve educational goals. * Prepare pedagogical reports and documents, meeting institutional requirements. **Requirements for this role:****Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields. **Additional Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of pedagogical theories and practices, curriculum, assessment, and skill development. * Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in educational tools and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Educational Management or related fields. * Experience in developing and monitoring pedagogical projects. * Experience in public or private educational institutions. * Conflict mediation and problem-solving skills.
