




Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will support the Presidency in managing its agenda, organizing information, and interfacing with leaders, ensuring smooth execution of executive routines. Interface with leaders and stakeholders The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Group Presidency, supporting agenda management, information organization, and communication with leaders and stakeholders. The position plays a central role in ensuring smooth executive routines, guaranteeing organization, alignment, and support for the Group’s strategic demands. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and organize the Presidency’s agenda; * Support preparation of meetings, executive materials, and agendas; * Serve as a liaison point for communication among the Presidency, directorates, and departments; * Track requests and ensure alignment on deadlines and deliverables; * Support consolidation of information and reports; * Contribute to organizing executive routines and rituals. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; * Discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive information. **Languages** * Fluent Portuguese; * Proficiency in at least three other languages (e.g., English, Spanish, and French). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in administrative or executive support functions; * Aptitude for organizing information and processes; * Interest in corporate environments and interaction with leadership.
