Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the receipt, dispatch, organization, and preservation of warehouse materials, ensuring availability and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Control and organization of spare parts, tools, and warehouse materials. 2. Operational support to the workshop and equipment dispatch. 3. Inventory monitoring and alerting for restocking needs. Responsible for controlling the receipt, dispatch, organization, and preservation of spare parts, tools, PPE, and other warehouse materials, ensuring availability, inventory accuracy, and operational support to the workshop and equipment dispatch. Main Activities and Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store spare parts, components, PPE, and various materials intended for equipment maintenance. * Conduct rigorous physical and system-based inventory control, updating receipts and dispatches. * Pick and deliver spare parts and materials to the workshop according to internal requests (work orders). * Support dispatch in preparing equipment, accessories, and safety kits for rentals. * Ensure warehouse organization, maintaining materials properly labeled, clean, and correctly stored. * Verify invoices and request approval from the responsible department for material receipt. * Assist in periodic inventory counts and propose necessary adjustments. * Monitor minimum stock levels and alert for restocking needs. * Track equipment returns, verifying items, accessories, and overall conditions. * Safeguard company assets, preventing losses, misplacements, or damages. * Comply with safety regulations and assist in maintaining a safe working environment.
