




Professional responsible for managing vehicle warranty processes, analyzing the need for replacement of defective parts, requesting reimbursement from the manufacturer, monitoring warranty service orders, and ensuring compliance of activities with manufacturer standards. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Claim Analysis: Analyzes warranty claims, evaluating defects in parts and products, and verifying compliance with manufacturer warranty standards. * Warranty Processing: Prepares and submits warranty claims to the manufacturer, tracking approval invoices and service orders (SG). * Follow-up: Monitors and tracks manufacturer recall campaigns and ensures all activities comply with technical standards and documentation. * Reimbursement Management: Requests and controls reimbursements to the manufacturer and, in some cases, may manage credit letters. * Documentation: Registers and monitors warranty processes and ensures all documentation is complete and accurate. **Requirements and Skills:** * Strong Writing Skills: Ability to describe technical failures and prepare clear documentation. * Organization and Attention to Detail: Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in process analysis and monitoring. * Communication: Ability to understand and communicate technical issues effectively, as well as interact with the manufacturer, suppliers, and customers.
