Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Good written and verbal communication skills; * Organization and proactivity. Main Responsibilities: * Assist with departmental administrative tasks, such as filing and document organization; * Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; * Perform supporting tasks related to inventory and stock control; * Handle telephone and in-person customer service for internal and external clients; * Provide support to the Human Resources department, including document organization and interview scheduling; * Participate in internal training and capacity-building programs. Working Hours: * 4 hours per day, from Tuesday to Saturday.
