Assist in topographic activities on earthwork projects, supporting the surveyor in performing measurements, layout tasks, and quality control, ensuring the project progresses correctly according to design specifications and technical guidelines. Main Responsibilities * Support the execution of field topographic surveys. * Assist in the layout of centerlines, stakes, elevations, cuts, and fills. * Perform ground markings as directed by the surveyor. * Help verify elevations, alignments, and slopes. * Transport, set up, and dismantle surveying equipment. * Maintain and clean surveying instruments. * Support volume control and service measurement activities. * Follow safety guidelines and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Provide support to construction teams as needed. Requirements * Completed high school education (a technical course in Surveying is a plus). * Prior experience as a surveying assistant or on construction sites is a plus. * Availability for fieldwork. * Commitment to safety standards. Preferred Qualifications * Basic knowledge of surveying equipment. * Familiarity with reading construction drawings. * Driver’s license category **B**.
