Job Summary: Responsible for installing and maintaining customer circuits (Fiber Optic/Metallic) and broadband products, with a focus on customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Perform installation and preventive/corrective maintenance on customer circuits 2. Handle testing instruments and OS dispatch systems 3. Install and remove optical, metallic, and coaxial cables ### **Responsibilities** Perform installation and preventive/corrective maintenance on customer circuits (Fiber Optic/Metallic), * Handle and interact with the OS dispatch system (TOA/SOM), * Record and manage materials applied at customer sites, * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of sites, * Install and remove optical, metallic, and coaxial cables; * Drive the vehicle in compliance with the company's safety regulations, * Handle testing instruments (Power Meter), * Set up workplace signage using PPE and wear appropriate EPI in accordance with the company's occupational safety standards. ### **Education** Completed High School ### **Additional Requirements** * Possess CNH B driver's license. * Intermediate knowledge of basic computer tools, Windows environment, and Office suite. ### **Position Overview** OK RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF OPTICAL BROADBAND, XDSL, AND STFC PRODUCTS. SERVING CORPORATE CLIENTS, MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES (MSEs), AND INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS.
