Description: Mandatory: * Completed high school education. Desirable: * Prior experience in reception, preferably in clinics, medical offices, or hospitals; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and email); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, punctuality, and attention to detail; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure; * Professional demeanor, ethics, and empathy in public service. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Unit: * Santa Monica Hospital * Provide in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service with courtesy and efficiency; * Schedule, confirm, and guide patients regarding clinic exams and procedures; * Verify authorizations and referral forms when necessary; * Receive and verify documents, physician orders, and exam preparations; * Direct patients to responsible departments, ensuring smooth service delivery; * Support the technical team in organizing patient and document flow; * Control and organize the delivery of reports and images; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces; * Assist in managing administrative supplies at the reception desk; * Ensure confidentiality and data protection of patient information in compliance with LGPD; * Act with empathy, patient-centered focus, and ethical conduct in all interactions. 2512100202181856738
