Job Summary: The daytime doorman controls pedestrian and vehicle access, receives packages, monitors security, and maintains order in residential condominiums. Key Highlights: 1. Protection of property and incident reporting ***Shift Schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off, from 07:00 to 19:00*** ***Salary: R$2\.110,66\+ Meal Allowance R$ 31.34 per workday*** ***Attendance Bonus: R$200.00 if no absences or medical certificates*** The daytime doorman is responsible for controlling pedestrian and vehicle access, receiving packages/mail, and monitoring internal security in residential condominiums during daytime hours. Entrances must be authorized only upon resident permission; incidents must be recorded, order maintained, and ethical conduct upheld. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Access Control:** Identify and register visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel, granting entry only after resident authorization. * **Security:** Monitor security cameras (CCTV), keep gates and garages closed, and perform visual patrols as needed. * **Mail Handling:** Receive, organize, and record letters and packages, notifying residents for pickup. * **Communication:** Operate intercoms, answer phone calls, receive complaints, and forward them to the building manager or superintendent. * **Property Protection:** Monitor elevator operation, automatic gates, and lighting, requesting repairs when necessary. * **Incident Reporting:** Record all relevant daily events, service provider entries, and visitor entries in the logbook (physical or digital). **Basic computer/information technology experience required** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.110,66 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
