





**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Operational **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for providing support in carrying out the institution's administrative activities (dispatch/correspondence, mailbags, budgets, travel arrangements, reception, telephony, property security; information for updating licenses, and other purchasing routines and controls, from the emergence of demand to the delivery of materials and services to the requester), through assistance and follow-up, aiming to contribute to smooth processes with quality and proactivity, following guidelines and current policies, procedures, and legislation. **Requirements:** **Minimum education:** Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or related fields. Computer skills (Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience in administrative processes and services, as well as purchasing, logistics, and maintenance. Experience in dealing with suppliers. Valid Class B driver's license required.
