Job Summary: Operational professional to perform demolitions, prepare construction sites, carry out maintenance, excavations, and general civil renovations. Key Highlights: 1. Work in demolition and preparation of construction sites. 2. First-level maintenance of machinery and tools. 3. Execution of civil renovations, including masonry and drywall. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Duties: Demolish concrete and masonry buildings and other structures; Prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil. Perform first-level maintenance, including cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing any mechanical defects. Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials using and operating manual concrete mixers. Erect masonry walls, repair roofs, perform painting and minor water-based touch-ups, conduct general civil renovations, install drywall walls and ceilings, cut materials such as electrical conduits, wood, rebar, and steel using appropriate tools, and remove burrs as required by the activity, along with other duties related to the position.
