Job Summary: Coordinate, plan, and supervise glass installation and glazing system projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and plan glass installation and glazing system projects. 2. Supervise teams and ensure compliance with technical standards. 3. Plan and coordinate installation works for tempered glass, laminated glass, façades, windows, shower enclosures, railings, and special systems. Supervise in-house and subcontracted field teams. Monitor physical and financial project schedules. Ensure accurate reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, and execution drawings. Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT, NR-06, NR-18, NR-35, among others). Conduct technical inspections, on-site measurements, and material verification. Control the use of equipment, tools, and PPE. Interface with clients, engineers, architects, suppliers, and sales teams. Identify and resolve technical issues during execution. Prepare construction progress reports and photographic records. Support the budgeting department with technical information when required. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies. * Technical or higher education degree in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Proven experience in construction coordination, preferably in the glass and façade sector. Knowledge of: types of glass and installation systems; reading architectural, structural, and construction detail drawings; technical and occupational safety standards; construction planning and control. Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and construction management software. Valid driver’s license (preferred).
