Job Summary: The Yard Assistant will assist in organizing, cleaning, and moving machines, equipment, and tools, supporting the operational team and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in organizing and identifying machines and equipment. 2. Support in loading, unloading, and cleaning equipment. 3. Contribution to a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Yard Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the organization, cleaning, and movement of machines, equipment, and tools at the rental company's yard, ensuring all items are ready for delivery, pickup, and maintenance. This role supports the operational team and contributes to the efficient flow of daily activities. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in yard organization, ensuring machines and equipment are properly aligned and identified. * Support loading and unloading of equipment onto trucks or trailers. * Perform basic cleaning of machines and equipment when required. * Verify items during pickup and return, supporting the technical supervisor. * Sort and prepare equipment for scheduled deliveries and rentals. * Assist in inventory control of smaller equipment and accessories. * Maintain the external area clean, safe, and organized. * Support the maintenance team with simple tasks when requested. * Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
