




Description: Mandatory: Desirable: * Prepare meals and desserts, controlling food quality, preparation time, and flavor to meet specified menus; * Develop individualized diets in accordance with specified menus; * Guide assistants in the pre-preparation of meals, supervising tasks performed to maintain service quality standards; * Ensure hygiene in kitchen operations by applying correct methods for food handling, cleaning, and preservation, as well as arranging for the cleaning of equipment, facilities, and utensils; * Guide and perform food pre-preparation to expedite meal preparation; * Operate equipment for food preparation and handling, heating appliances, and refrigeration units; * Report to the immediate supervisor any irregularities found in the quality of goods delivered for cooking, as well as the need for repair or replacement of kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment while performing duties; * Maintain, preserve, and clean equipment, instruments, and materials used, as well as the workplace; * Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor; * Adhere to standardized procedures outlined in the SOPs and the SND’s Good Practices Manual. 251217020255642007
