Job Summary: The supermarket snack bar attendant will be responsible for serving customers, preparing snacks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and operating the cash register. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the environment ### **About the position:** As a supermarket snack bar attendant, you will be responsible for serving, attending to, and preparing snacks; maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization; and operating the cash register. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * No experience required. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or snack bars is desirable; * Communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment; * Agility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Basic math skills for operating the cash register. ### **Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently; * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards; * Maintain the snack bar area clean and organized; * Operate the cash register and perform daily closing procedures; * Manage product inventory and place orders as needed; * Ensure food is stored and prepared in accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively; * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Incentives for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * Complimentary meals at work. ### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
