**About the position:**

As a sushiman, you will be responsible for assembling sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes; maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace; receiving and serving customer orders; and performing other duties related to the position.
**Mandatory requirement:**

* Completed elementary education.
**Desirable requirements:**
--------------------------
* Prior experience as a sushiman;
* Knowledge of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese cuisine preparation techniques;
* Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers;
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety;
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and assemble Japanese cuisine dishes following company-established recipes and standards;
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, utensils, and equipment;
* Manage inventory control of food items and supplies required for dish production;
* Ensure quality and presentation of dishes served to customers;
* Receive, inspect, and store goods delivered by suppliers;
* Interact with customers, providing information about dishes and fulfilling their requests;
* Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations;
* Assist in cleaning and organizing the workplace, including counter and table areas;
* Participate in training and development programs offered by the company.

* Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
