In our environment, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination.** #### **About the position:** As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving commercial targets, and aligning standardized processes across all stores under your supervision—guaranteeing team performance and development in accordance with Drugstore ABC’s culture and values. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise store performance within your region, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, TKM (transactions per thousand), customer, and margin targets. * Conduct periodic in-person visits focused on results, standardization, and excellence in pharmaceutical service. * Monitor store managers and Responsible Pharmacists (RT) regarding performance, conduct, KPIs, and operational control. * Monitor inventory levels, stockouts, product expiration dates, and losses, ensuring compliance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) model and commercial policies. * Implement and supervise the store team’s training and development plan in partnership with the People & Management department. * Support the rollout of commercial campaigns, incentive programs, and in-store marketing initiatives. * Ensure execution of cleaning, product display, and point-of-sale (POS) organization routines per the Operations Manual. * Participate in strategic meetings with the Commercial Management team, contributing analysis of results and corrective action plans. * Serve as the liaison between senior leadership, the Distribution Center (DC), and stores—fostering clear, assertive, and inspiring communication. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy store management or supervision. * Willingness to travel frequently (within Minas Gerais state). * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, and commercial reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, BI platforms). #### **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** * Strong analytical skills and sharp business acumen. * Prior experience leading teams and developing talent. * Knowledge of incentive programs and marketing practices in the pharmacy retail sector. * Proficiency in clear, assertive, and inspiring communication. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * On-site meals. * Bonus for achieving targets. * Trainee program. * Partnerships with external companies. * Employee discount on products.
