Job Summary: The professional will work across multiple production stages, including forming, pressing, product finishing, and extruder preparation, as well as in drying and kiln loading. Participation in the preparation of extruders and assembly of kiln cars. **1 Responsibilities and Authorities** **1\.1 Working in the Forming Area** 1\. Remove extruded billets from the marombas and place them appropriately for transport to presses for the pressing process. 2\. Perform pressing of extruded billets in the Manual Forming area and of products from the hydraulic press, following specific procedures to meet the established production schedule. 3\. Remove pressed parts from electric presses, following specific procedures to meet the established production schedule. 4\. Finish pressed parts, following specific procedures to meet the established production schedule. 5\. Prepare extruders for the start of manufacturing processes, performing replacements of plate/nozzle/disk assemblies when necessary. 6\. Carry out other activities related to the production area as directed by immediate supervision. And others. **1\.2 Working in the Drying and Kiln Loading Area** 1\. Load and unload kiln cars carrying formed products into drying ovens, and distribute and organize kiln cars with formed parts across the drying yard. 2\. Keep empty kiln cars organized throughout the drying yard. 3\. Assist in assembling kiln car furniture; distribute tiles and assemble linings from plates. Assemble graphite-coated products onto designated kiln cars according to specific procedures, ensuring material protection to meet the established production schedule. 4\. Assist the refractory mason during repairs of refractory masonry on kiln cars, preparing mortar and supplying bricks. And others.
