Provide support for training processes, including liaison with instructors, attendance tracking for participating employees, logistical coordination (e.g., hotel bookings and other required resources), as well as follow-up on implemented actions, ensuring proper documentation of information. Contribute to process fluidity and efficiency by performing tasks according to instructions received and in compliance with the cooperative’s established norms, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources/People Management. * Experience in Training and Development, HR Department (DHO), Corporate Education, and People Management Subsystems. * Experience organizing and monitoring training sessions (remote and in-person) and other supporting activities in T\&D. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
